Welcome to Chala Ghar. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chala Ghar platform and all of its services. By opening an account or using any of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Chala Ghar and the user. Please read the entire document carefully before using the platform. If you disagree with any of the terms, kindly refrain from using our services.

Chala Ghar reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified at your registered email address before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To place bets on Chala Ghar, you must first create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Chala Ghar reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

Each individual One Account Only can open. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed, with any funds subject to forfeiture.

• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any other person.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
• Any issues with your account must be reported to the Chala Ghar support team immediately.
• Any changes to your account information must be updated as soon as possible.

The minimum age to register on Chala Ghar is 18 Years. No one below this age may open an account or participate in any betting activity. Chala Ghar may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe following a verification request, the account will be temporarily suspended. The following individuals are not eligible to use Chala Ghar:

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Anyone who has previously been banned from Chala Ghar.
• Chala Ghar employees or their immediate family members.

Deposits and withdrawals on Chala Ghar are fully secure and can be made through Bangladeshi payment methods. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; however, some methods may take up to 15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet on Chala Ghar are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Cash Out feature is active.

• A maximum bet limit per match applies to each account.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time.
• Chala Ghar reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over an outcome, Chala Ghar's decision shall be final.
• In an accumulator bet, if any selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost.

Chala Ghar regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, clearly stated on the offer page. By accepting a bonus, you agree that the terms of that offer form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Policy:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically 5x to 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been completed.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or the same device will result in the bonus being voided.
• Chala Ghar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Chala Ghar may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating bets or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Court orders or legal requirements.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account.
